All work is logged and tracked through the Protean lift maintenance management system, a centralised database with all the details of your installation and scheduled maintenance tasks, our engineers are equipped with PDA's, checking off each task when completed. The system ensures everything is completed to standard, and on schedule, and it can produce a range of useful reporting that we provide monthly to each client.
